Our Policies
While we do check references for the maids listed on our website and
we do randomly monitor their work, they are not employees of PickMyMaid.com.
We simply help coordintate their services and availability with your
needs. We are not responsible for the work they perform and do not pay
them. You will pay them at the time of services.

Additional Information:
- Cash Only - No Checks or Credit Cards Payments (if you wish to pay
via paypal.com arrangements can be made but you need to notify us
at the time of booking)
- Tips are strongly encouraged!
- If you need to cancel please let us know 24 hours prior to your
scheduled service.
- Clients are always advised to stay during the cleaning, especially first time clients. If you have to leave we ask that you return when we are finished to personally pay us and review our work as there are no refunds once job has been finished and paid for.
- When the maid arrives we recommend you showing her around the home and the things that you want done. Let her know which items are a priority and find out what can be done in the 4 hour minimum and decide if you want to pay for additional hours to have everything done. It is also a good idea to write an itemized list of things you want cleaned prior to her arrival.Remember, that not everything can be done in our 4 hour minimum.
